Weather Cancellations
If we cancel your tour due to severe weather conditions that make the experience unsafe or significantly diminished, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Rescheduling
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your tour. We'll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.
No-Shows
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
