By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment is due prior to the tour date. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during the booking process.

Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide alternative experiences of equal value.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in tours involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and release High-End Hawaii from liability for any injuries or damages that may occur.
